OSI will build out the online registration portal and collect all registration and other fees as required via credit card and check payments. We will track registration and provide weekly reports.
OSI will work with the clients team on the development of e-blasts, customized menus, name badges and applicable signage. We will also coordinate the packing, shipping and tracking of all meeting related items. OSI can order any branded item at a discounted rate.
Develop a working relationship with contracted hotel and act as liaison between clients and hotel. Along with monitoring hotel room blocks and assist any participant with securing overnight accomidations when needed.
The OSI team will advance the meeting by arriving early to assemble any meeting related materials. On-site, the team will manage all aspects of the event including but not limited to registration, transportation, room sets, signage, meal functions, off-site events, speaker/special guest accommodations, etc.
